Rosemarie (Rabatin) Matty

Rosemarie Matty, age 85, passed away peacefully at the Cottages of Danny Kaye in San Antonio, Texas, on March 13, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Rosemarie is survived by her devoted daughters: Heather Correa, along with her family, Carlos, her husband, and their children Liliana, Carlos, Catherine, and Elizabeth; and Holly Marie Young, along with her family, Barry, her husband, and their children Jackson and Kennedy. Rosemarie is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Amelia Rabatin, and her sister, Patricia Stammerman. Rosemarie lived a full life. Her unwavering devotion to her children and grandchildren remained constant throughout her journeys. Her absence will be deeply felt by her family, relatives, and friends, all touched by her warmth and kindness throughout her remarkable life. We warmly invite all who knew and loved Rosemarie to join us in a heartfelt celebration of her life. The funeral mass will be held at the Church of St. John the Baptist, Perryopolis, on April 6, 2024, at noon, followed by a ceremony at the gravesite. As we celebrate Rosemarie’s life, let us carry forward the memories of her love, laughter, and spirit, which will continue to inspire us.
