Mildred Helen (Valosich) Domonkos

Mildred Helen (Valosich) Domonkos, age 79, of Perryopolis, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Uniontown Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Uniontown, PA with her loving family by her side. She was born on April 20, 1939 in Dunbar Township, a daughter of Stephen and Lucy Ambrose Valosich.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Richard Domonkos, Sr.; brother, John Valosich.

Mildred was a lifelong resident of Perryopolis and a lifelong member of the Christian Church in Perryopolis.

Mildred is survived by her son, Gerald “Jerry” Richard Domonkos, Jr.; daughters: Renee (Bruce) Smith and Wendy (Ron) McGee, all of Perryopolis; six grandchildren: Danielle (Jeff) Hamel, Jericho (Justin) Bozek, Dr. Amber Smith, Tyler Domonkos, Courtney (J.J.) Roebuck, Sarah McGee; nine great grandchildren: Isabella, Myles, Jude, Clea, Evelyn, Cruz, Clark, Hadley, Hayden.

Mildred’s family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA where her funeral service will take place at 8 p.m. with Rev. Melissa Snyder, officiating.  Private interment will take place on Tuesday at Mt. Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis, PA.
