Navy and received full military honors at a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. on January 10, 2020 at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA. Mark’s professional funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, Perryopolis, PA.
