Lena Angela (Angelini) Garcher

Lena Angela (Angelini) Garcher, of Smock, PA passed away on November 8, 2025 in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, PA with her children by her side. She was a daughter of Emidio and Anna Orazzi Angelini.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Edward Garcher, dear grandson, Jeffrey Garcher, brothers and sisters.

Lena grew up in Star Junction and was a member of St. Hedwig and then St. John the Baptist R. C. Church, Perryopolis, PA.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Joseph Patrick Garcher and his wife, Janet, Linda Meadows and her husband, Kenneth, Nancy Crossett and her husband, Lawrence; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.

In honoring Lena’s wishes a private Blessing Service was held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 followed by interment in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Smock, PA. The Blair Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Perryopolis, PA has been entrusted with Lena’s professional funeral arrangements.
