John Prokopovitch, III

John Prokopovitch, III age 75 of Fayette City, PA passed away unexpectedly in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA with his loving family by his side on Sunday, December 7, 2025. He was born in Charleroi, PA on February 5, 1950, a son of John and Kathryn Hussar Prokopovitch

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Eric P. Prokopovitch; sister, Kathy Lloyd.

John was survived by his children: John Prokopovitch, IV of Rostraver Twp, PA, Michelle L. Prokopovitch of Fayette City; granddaughters: Kathryn Barella and husband Dakota, Trinity DuVall; great grandchildren: Kenelope and Kaiser Barella; life partner and traveling companion, Wendy Fudurich; brothers: Richard Prokopovitch and his wife, Laurel, Frank Prokopovitch and his wife,  Vicki; sister, Diane Dongelli and her husband Alan; niece, Kathy Forte; nephew, Chuck Lloyd; numerous other nieces and nephews; close friend, Kieran McVey.    

In honoring John’s wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral service.

John’s professional funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, Perryopolis, PA.
