Jennifer Sue (Boyle) Gripp

Jennifer Sue (Boyle) Gripp, 54, of Star Junction, PA, formerly of

Perryopolis, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.

A devoted wife and mother, Jenny always loved to smile and made those around her smile too and will be missed dearly by those that knew and loved her.

A 1981 Graduate of Frazier High School Jenny often reminisced about her involvement in the Silk Squad Marching Band, Drama Club, and Basketball with fond memories of those she knew in her younger years.

Jenny truly cared about people and this drove her to pursue a career as an LPN at Centerville Clinic in Home Health Care followed by Assisted Resident Living at the Parish House in Perryopolis.

In life Jenny was an avid homemaker, the tie that binds, with a voracious appetite for reading, cooking, travel, as well as a passion for taking care of her family and enjoying everyday life brought her way.

Jenny is survived by her husband, Leonard K. Gripp of Star Junction, four daughters, Miranda Angelia Gripp of Star Junction, Bethany Anne Smith, son in law John Scott Rice and grandson Jaxen Scott Rice of Uniontown, Cassidy Rose Smith of Fayette City, Stephanie Elizabeth Smith of Monessen, her parents, Dan and Elizabeth Boyle of Perryopolis, her brother Dan Boyle of Arkansas, her sister Kelly Oldham of Star Junction as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jenny is also survived by her mother in law Rachael Gripp of Florida and brother in law Richard Gripp of California.

Words cannot express the impact of Jenny’s life upon her family as she was the strength that held us together. You are loved.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Friday, October 12, 2018 and 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Saturday followed by a Memorial Service in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA.
