Jane Elizabeth Keffer

Jane Elizabeth (Riggin) Keffer age 86 of Smock passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 27, 1938 in Brownsville, Pa, a daughter of Noble and Emma Jeffries Campbell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randy Vavrick; siblings: James Campbell, Isabelle Glemza, John Campbell.
Jane is survived by her husband Robert Riggin Sr.; children: Darla Riggin, Amanda Karbelk, Tina Keffer (Bobby), Bobbi Jo West (Rick); two step sons: Butch Riggin, Kenny Riggin (Mindy); eleven grandchildren: Joshua Glover (Rose), Zackary Riggin, Lindy Vavrick, Shane Vavrick (Lisa),  Samantha Karbelk, JR Ritz (Deeva), Brandon West (Ray), Matthew West (Lauren), Nathan Riggin, Jimmy Riggin, Samantha Riggin; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandson, Willow; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with Jane’s funeral expense
Jane’s family will have a private family visitation from 4-8 pm on 
Thursday, December 26, 2024 in the Blair Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa. where her funeral service will be held at 10 am on Friday with Pastor Carl Desmartin, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt Calvary Cemetery, California, PA.
