Eric Dwayne Smith

Eric Dwayne Smith age 61 of Jefferson Township, Perryopolis, Pa passed away Friday, June 5, 2026 in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, PA. He was born on May 13, 1965 in Uniontown, Pa a son of James A. and Shirley Francis Campbell Smith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by aunts and uncles: Geraldine Campbell, Dwayne Everly, Jenny Campbell Heilman, Floyd Everly, Robert Campbell, Alta Campbell Sheetz .

Eric is survived by his brother, Lester Lee Smith and his wife Francesca; aunts and uncles: Charles Raymond Campbell, Georgie Campbell Gray, Thelma Campbell; many cousins.

He was self employed as a handyman for many years.

Eric’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Blair Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA where his funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment will follow in Bowman Flatwoods Cemetery, Vanderbilt, Pa.
