Elizabeth L. (Hough) Boyle

Elizabeth L. (Hough) Boyle, age 77 of Perryopolis, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. She was born on June 23, 1941 a daughter of Glenn and Erma Buttermore Hough.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Sue Boyle Gripp.

Elizabeth was a life long resident of Perryopolis and a member of the Perryopolis Methodist Church. She was also the co-owner of the Star Junction Sports Shop.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband, John D. Boyle; children: Kelly Oldham of Star Junction, Daniel Boyle and his wife Rose of Arkansas;

Eight grandchildren: Colton Oldham and his wife, Andrea, Katelyn, Stephanie, Bethany, Cassidy, Miranda, Breanna, Colleen; two great grandchildren: Ashton, Aiden and Jaxen.

In honoring Elizabeth’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2019 in the Perryopolis Methodist Church, 203 Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA. with Pastor Derek Platt, Officiating.

Elizabeth’s professional funeral services have been entrusted to the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, Perryopolis, PA.
