Donald Lee Stauffer

Donald Lee Stauffer, age 77 of Layton passed away on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025 at his home. He was born on December 23, 1947 in Connellsville, Pa, a son of John Ray and Ella Grace Krause Stauffer.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jackie R. Stauffer and his wife Evelyn; sister, Dorothy Stauffer.
Don is survived by his wife of 51years, Yvonne "Bonnie" Kay Hoover Stauffer; daughters: Jennifer Holchin and her husband Joseph of Uniontown, PA, Angel Keffer and her husband Steven of Myrtle beach, SC; four grandchildren: Candy Shaffer and her husband Steven, Derek Newcomer and his girlfriend Jessica, Travis Newcomer, Lillian Holchin; three great grandchildren: Skyline, Luna, Rayna; son in law, Charles Newcomer.
Don’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 in the Blair Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa where his funeral service will take place Friday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Chuck Jack, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis, Pa.
