Vincent Baluch, age 85, of Seymour entered into eternal rest on Tuesday July 10, 2018 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Vincent was the devoted husband of 37 years to Margaret (Grosko) Baluch. He was born in Perryopolis, PA and was formerly a resident of the Huntington section of Shelton, CT. He was the son of the late John F. and Mary (Philip) Baluch. He was a US Army Veteran Sergeant FC in the Korean Conflict. He graduated from Capitol College in Maryland. Vincent began his career working for General Electric and Honeywell. He later, worked in sales for Sears until his retirement. Vincent always puts his family before himself and had a very generous nature in helping others. He is the beloved father of, David Baluch and his wife Michele, Mary Ann Irribarra and her husband Ricardo, Diann Chorba and her husband Mark. Susan Crosse , and Ruth Meyer and her husband Jeff, brother of, Kate Stickel, Paul Baluch and Ralph Baluch. Vincent is the loving grandfather of Megan, Ryan, Scott, Sarah, Brianna, Hannah,Ian, Noah, Madison, Carson, Keaton, Trenton, and Zoe. He is the great grandfather of Landon, Becker, Kasey, and Adi, and is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his first wife Frankie (Marshman) Baluch two brothers, John and Steve Baluch, and three sisters, Maye Baluch, Ann Timcheck, and Betty Ewalt. Friends greeted his family on Friday from 4 to 7 PM. at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. On Saturday family and friends attended a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Michael’s Church 25 Maple Ave. Beacon Falls. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018 in St John the Baptist Cemetery, Perryopolis, PA. His family requests that memorial contributions may be made to Boys Town, 200 Flanagan Blvd., P.O. Box 8000, Boys Town, NE 68010. Local funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, Perryopolis, PA.
