A lifelong resident of Perryopolis and a Korean war veteran, he was a retired steel worker and most of all a farmer. He was a pied piper with a tractor for many kids and adults alike. Always an historic tour guide whether on the tractor on the farm or on an interstate road trip. A masterful April fool prankster, Ralph could punk you every year. He will always be remembered as the man you could depend on to help when you dialed 1.800. I need Ralph.
