Glenn Prinkey Obituary

Glenn Henry Prinkey, age 68 of Scottdale, PA passed away on May 15, 2018. He was born on January 2, 1950 in Champion, a son of Donald C. and Carrie Minor Prinkey.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin Malik , sister, Florence Everly and sister in law Darlene Prinkey. 

Glenn was a retired U S Army Veteran with 25 years of service. He was also a member of the Connellsville V.F.W. He was known for his great sense of humor. Glenn enjoyed the outdoors, especially eagles. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends but his memories will be forever in their hearts.

Glenn is survived by his fiancée, Donna Pritts Tacza of Mt Pleasant; daughters: Tina Brinker of Mt Pleasant, Crystal (Corey) Brown of Connellsville; sons: Mathew Prinkey of Alverton, Arnold Brinker of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren: Sheena Brinker, Krysta White-Brinker, Dartanyon Braun, Logan Brown, Landon Brown, Layla Brown, Liv  Brown, Levi Brinker, Henna Brinker, Desi Brinker, who was like his daughter; great grandchildren: Anthony and Samuel; siblings: Chester Prinkey of Connellsville, Don E. (Peggy) Prinkey of Mt Pleasant, John (Debbie) Prinkey of Melcroft, George Prinkey of Connellsville, Norman Prinkey of Uniontown; brother in law, Wendall Everly; 8 nephews; 7 nieces and special niece, Patty Prinkey.

Glenn’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA where his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday with Pastor Carol Atwood, officiating. Interment to follow in Greenlick Cemetery, Bullskin Twp. With full Military Honors being accorded by the Connellsville V.F.W.
