Donna Karen (Falbo) Chuboy

Donna K. Chuboy, age 66 of Fayette City, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 with her loving family by her side at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born on December 26, 1950, in Connellsville, PA a daughter of the late Donald and Betty Lou (Hixenbaugh) Falbo.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen A. Chuboy, two children: Megan Hornsby and her husband, Roger, of Fayette City, Aaron Rabatin of Perryopolis , PA; two grandchildren: Levi Hornsby and Skylar Hornsby; two sisters: Gerri Rabatin of Donora, Shirley Sheridan of Uniontown; one brother, Gary Falbo of Belle Vernon, PA.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Fayette City, PA.

Donna’s family will receive friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m.  and on Friday, April 21, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA.  Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, from 9 to 10 a.m., the hour of her funeral service in the First Christian Church of Perryopolis, PA.  The Rev. Wayne Boring will officiate. (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH) Interment to follow in Mt. Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis, PA.
