Robert Lee Kennedy

Robert Lee Kennedy, Jr., age 65 of Dickerson Run passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born on June 13, 1951 in Connellsville a son of the late Robert Lee Kennedy, Sr. and Mary Margaret Harvey.

Robert is survived by his wife of 45 years, Anita Belle Browning Kennedy; children: daughter, Misty Dawn Zebley and her husband, his loving son in law Frank of Dickerson Run, son, Robert Lee Kennedy, III and his wife Stephine of Twenty Nine Palms, CA; five grandchildren: Damien Robert Kennedy, Cory Alan Kennedy, Brannon Mark Zitney, Dakota Aron Kennedy, Shelby Nicole Kennedy; Two brothers: Ronald (Janie) Kennedy of Dunbar, Douglas (Lori) Kennedy of VA; sisters: Bonnie (Jim) Shea of Republic, Yvonne (Charles) Gibbons of Dawson, Mary Alice Sis (Glen) Basinger of Dunbar; ex-daughter in law, Jennifer Kennedy; good friends, Mike Mickus and his wife, Barbara of Michigan.

Robert proudly served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his canine buddy Lexis.

In honoring Robert’s wishes his professional funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, Perryopolis, PA.
