Nathan Daniel Calcagni

Nathan Daniel Calcagni, age 28, formerly of Star Junction passed away suddenly on Thursday September 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on March 21, 1988 in Mt. Pleasant a son of Dannel M. Calcagni and Helen Zielinsky Calcagni.

Nathan was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Zielinsky and Charles Menestina.

He attended Frazier High School and had a great love for music performing as a drummer.

In addition to his parents he is survived by: his two children: Raine Carocci and Sidney Calcagni; brother, Graham Calcagni of Chicago, Il; sister, Crista Nicklow and her husband Steven of Uniontown; maternal grandmother, Susan Zielinsky of Uniontown; paternal grandparents, Gerald Calcagni and Eula Sandy Peters both of Belle Vernon; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Nathan’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA where a Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m.

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home in memory of Nathan.
