Jeana Marie Scott

Jeana Marie Scott, Age 27 of Newell died suddenly on Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Uniontown Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1988, a loving daughter of Lorelei (Black) Scott of Newell and Kenneth Scott of Irwin, PA.

Jeana was a 2006 graduate of Frazier High School.

In addition to her parents she is survived by: two loving children, Julie and Eric Coneway; step father, Richard Fordyce with whom she lived since being 1½ years of age; brother, Tony Black and wife Jackie of Uniontown; sister, Angela Scott and husband Brian Dugan of Newell; grandmother, Artha Scott of Irwin, PA; grandfather, John E. Black of Perryopolis; numerous loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother: Blanche Black Rocker and step grandmothers, Leah Black & Wilma Fordyce; grandfather, William Scott; step grandfather, Ivan Fordyce; uncles: John E Black, Jr. and Dan Scott.  

Jeana’s family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday September 10, 2015 in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, Inc. 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA. Additional visitation will take place on Friday until 10 am, the hour of her funeral service with Pastor Charlie O’Brien officiating. Private interment will follow in Mill Creek cemetery, West Newton, PA. Memorial contributions are requested to be made to the funeral home in Jeana’s name.
