Dorothy Helen Herbert

Dorothy H. (Emricko) Herbert, age 88, of Star Junction, PA formerly of Dawson, PA passed away in Mt Macrina Manor, Uniontown, PA on Friday, May 20, 2016. She was born on May 10, 1928 in Star Junction, a daughter of Nick Emricko and Mary (Bodnar) Emricko.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Herbert; brothers: John Emricko and Michael Emricko.

She was member of the Star Junction Baptist Church.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Donna (Herbert) Oszwald and her husband Alfred; grandchildren: Andre Oszwald and Janine Oszwald, all of Vienna, Austria; many nieces and nephews who reside in the Perryopolis area.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Star Junction Baptist Church, Church Street, Star Junction, PA 15482.

Dorothy’s family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 in the Blair Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA where her funeral service will take place at 11 a.m.  Wednesday, May 25, 2016 with Rev. Don Bowser, officiating.

Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park.
