Dolores Marie Gondura

Dolores Marie “Lala” Micheli Gondura, age 85 of Star Junction, PA passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in Generation Elder Care in Uniontown, PA. She was born in Smock, PA, on December 25, 1931, a daughter of Joseph and Agnes (Mucci) Micheli. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and a sister, Gloria Bonucci.

She was the proud mother of two sons:  Gary J. Gondura of Belle Vernon, PA, and Gregg R. Gondura and his wife, Dianne of Star Junction, PA, two grandsons: Robert A. Gondura of Slippery Rock, PA and Chad M. Gondura of Orlando. FLA and a brother, Joseph C. Micheli and wife, Sally of Mansfield, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.

Lala’s family will receive friends on Friday, February 10, 2017, from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA.  A Parastas will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday. Funeral Diving Liturgy will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 11 am at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Perryopolis PA.   The Reverend Oleh Seremchuk will be the celebrant.  Interment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Perryopolis, PA.
