Brooke Lynne Seman

Brooke “Tootah” Lynne Seman, 12 of Perryopolis, PA passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.  She was born in Monongahela, PA on April 12, 2004, the daughter of Christa Lopretto- Carlson and Bret E. Seman.

Brooke was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Rodney Seman and step grandfather, Jim Welch.

 In addition to her parents Brooke is survived by her step father, Bobby Carlson and her dad’s girlfriend Ashley Altemare; maternal grandparents, Douglas A. and Lynne A. Lopretto; paternal grandmother, Charmayne Cornell Welch; paternal step grandmother, Sandy Seman; step brothers; step sister; aunts: Denise (Dennis) Carson, Wendy (John Anderson, Leanne Seman and her fiancée John Fragello; uncles, including her favorite uncle Doug Lopretto, Jr; cousins; special friends: Bria and Abby.

She was a high honor student at Frazier Middle School participating in basketball.  She never met anyone whose soul she did not touch. Her goal was for everyone to love one another and be happy.

Brooke’s family will receive friends on Saturday, February 11, 2017, from 6 to 8 pm, on Sunday, February 12 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 and on Monday, February 13 in the Blair-Lowther Funeral Home, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, PA.  Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. in the Journey by Faith Church, 4803 State Route 51 North, Belle Vernon, PA. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.  Interment will be private. Brooke’s family has requested Memorial Contributions be made to: Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, 8201 Corporate Drive, Landover MD, 20795.
